- Changes to a confirmed booking must be requested as soon as possible and are subject to availability.
- Cancellations made:
- More than 24 hours before the pickup time: No cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours: A cancellation fee of up to 100% may apply.
- No-shows or failure to be present at pickup time may be considered a full cancellation.
